SVT Properties is dedicated to the resoration, improvement and updating of period properties in a sympathetic manner. Our experience is primarily with Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian properties, although we have worked on some mid-century properties recently.
While new build houses are specified to give good insulation and are subject to stringent Building Control rules, windows have become smaller, ceilings lower and rooms more cramped. The properties we renovate offer all the elegance and space of previous eras, but with modern facilities.
Our properties are specified, where possible, with fibre to the house, electric car charging points, smart up-to-date kitchens and modern bathrooms and walk in showers.
